PRS for Music, a leading royalties and rights licensing organization for musicians, needed their workplace to reflect the dynamism of the music industry while delivering value to its members. The project focused on introducing modern, flexible work practices to energize the client’s working culture and better align it with technological advances in the industry. The redesign process began with a thorough discovery phase, including engagement, strategy, building appraisal, and test fitting, aimed at enhancing both their new HQ in Kings Cross and their existing Streatham building. This strategic upgrade was essential not only for aesthetic alignment but also to ensure consistency in facilities and quality across locations, crucial for retaining employees and boosting productivity.
