HLW guided the Asset Management client’s expansion into Warsaw, completing the search, selection, design, and implementation of a new 40,000 square foot office. This strategic location at The Brewery, a modern development area in Warsaw, is the client’s first in the city and is designed to accommodate both front and back office functions, client-facing meeting rooms, as well as training and development facilities. The office also includes various collaborative and communal spaces, essential for fostering a productive and engaging work environment. This project represents HLW’s ongoing relationship with the client, having previously worked on multiple projects in the US and Europe.
